The job fair commenced with a Dialogue with the Government, which provided current undergraduates and industry leaders an overview on the current government's climate action plans, as well as different tertiary institutions' new projects and programs in sustainability in response to the rapidly increasing demand for green talents.

It was then followed by a panel discussion about the recent green job market development, such as trends in demand for green talents and required skill sets. Panelists also provided delegates with useful suggestions on how to better integrate in to the ESG field from  traditional fields such as finance.

The second panel discussion enabled industry leaders from different backgrounds to share their insights on the essential traits to be manifested among green talents when seeking for sustainability-related jobs. Besides, the guests also suggested several ways for youths to make the best in their studies and internship experiences, in order to better equip them for future green careers.

The final panel discussion shed light on employers' expectations on candidates when seeking for positions in the green job market. The panelists also discussed ways for both employers and green talents to narrow the employment expectation gap

In the afternoon, several speed networking sessions were held to let youth delegates have interactive dialogues with industry leaders in the green job market. Delegates also seized the valuable opportunities to learn from mentors about their personal stories and experiences throughout their green job journey.
