Welcome to HKCES!
Welcoming all high school and university students aged between 15 and 24, HKCES is a 2-day IN-PERSON programme, with an aim to enable future climate leaders in Hong Kong to turn knowledge into actions for the climate movement.
With workshops ranging from climate journalism, and policy response to digital communication and design thinking, we will showcase the diversity of climate actions and help you find your own climate action.

Who can apply for HKCES?
Practical Requirements

You should be between 15–24 years old (exceptions might apply).

You must be able to attend in person and comply with all health measures.
Who can apply?
In your application, you should be able to demonstrate :

basic knowledge and understanding of climate change and its impacts
-
interests in project planning, leadership, and coordination skills
-
a strong sense of responsibility towards sustainable development, climate change, and/or environmental protection.
-
(optional) experience of participation in youth groups, youth projects, or volunteering
