Nidhi Menon

Nidhi is a rising year 3 undergraduate at the University of Hong Kong, pursuing an intensive major in Ecology and Biodiversity with a minor in Marine Biology. As an aspiring marine biologist, her main aim in life is to make a significant difference to the future of our oceans, or as she likes to say, “turn ripples into waves, one drop at a time.” Through this summit, she hopes to call more attention towards the effect of climate change on marine life and spread awareness on how to preserve the health of our delicate ocean ecosystems. She feels that education is key and will go a long way in shaping students into future environmental scientists. She urges the youth of Hong Kong and all other countries around the world to step up and take action to help us create a better tomorrow.
